Creative Director as part of the team that produced the Coming Up Festival. I produced a unique new night bringing together the best of the UK's spoken word and hip hop artists and roots folk musicians hits London in February. ‘Old Roots/New Routes’ saw hip hop artist Dizraeli, spoken word artist Polarbear and MC Jam Baxter joining forces with folk musicians Lisa Knapp and Sam Carter in an intense 3 day collaboration. The new work was premiered at an evening gig at Debut - a stunning performance space beneath London Bridge. The night included live grafitti art,fresh new sounds, raw stories with old tunes and a special guest appearance by the Roundhouse Experimental Choir.

A project that I produced in partnership with The British Library Sound Archives, The Asian Music Circuit and Kathmandu University. Together with a camerman, researcher and translator I travelled to the remote mountain region of Karnali in Nepal, close to the tibetan border, to record and preserve the local folk music. The sound and video files are now being edited and will be archived as part of the British Library Sound Archives as well as at the Kathmandu University in Nepal.

Creative Producer for Day and Night, an ongoing project bringing together a core team of international folk musicians with outside collaborators. All material is put together during a one day collaboration and premiered on the same night. The most recent gig saw the collective joined by hip hop artist Dizraeli and award-winning storyteller Rachel Rose Reid. Live recording by Tom Halstead.

Creative Producer for 'Say What You See' a night at acclaimed London venue Shunt. The event brought together art, music and live performance in a stunning and unique 3-storey, glass-floored venue. I was responsible for booking artists and liaising between all participants and the venue management team to ensure a successful event. I was also responsible for marketing and promoting the event and the night sold out to a full capacity of 500.
