I produced a unique new night bringing together the best of the UK's spoken word and hip hop artists and roots folk musicians hits London in February. ‘Old Roots/New Routes’ saw hip hop artist Dizraeli, spoken word artist Polarbear and MC Jam Baxter joining forces with folk musicians Lisa Knapp and Sam Carter in an intense 3 day collaboration. The new work was premiered at an evening gig at Debut - a stunning performance space beneath London Bridge. The night included live grafitti art,fresh new sounds, raw stories with old tunes and a special guest appearance by the Roundhouse Experimental Choir.
